How to book a holiday rental Print

1) Verify the availability on this web site. If you have dates of stay which do not go from Saturday till Saturday, if you did not find availability for a type of holiday rental, or a partial availability, ... make a Quotation request |

2) If the holiday rental is available, or if you received a positive answer to a quotation request, you can book. |
||
3) You have to pay a deposit to the amount of 25 % of the total cost of your stay. It's better to use your credit carte if you don't live in France. |
||
| 4) when you made the reservation, you receive an an automatic e-mail of confirmation. |
||
| 5) When we collect the deposit, we confirm you your stay in a definitive way. |
||
| 7) The balance is payable on the arrival day. We ask for a guarantee (check or cash) of 100.00 €, it will be returned you the departure day. |

| If you cancel your stay, the deposit are not paid back, whatever the reason of your cancellation. (Article 1590 of civil code, french law). |

| If we collected the deposit and confirmed in a definitive way your reservation and that we can not receive you, we have to pay back you the double of the amount of the deposit |
||
| In practice, when we have a cancellation and when we rent again the holiday rental, we pay back the deposit proportionally the duration of the stay again rented. |
||
For example : |

| you cancelled a stay of two weeks : we rent again the holiday rental for one week : we pay back the half of the deposit. |
||
| If we can't rent again the holiday rental, we conserve the deposit, but we offer an important reduction on a future stay. |

| - The cost of phone communications if you use the phone. (optional) | ||

| -The tokens of laundrette and the washing powder if you need it. | ||
